Niko Skievaski

President, 100State

Niko Skievaski

Niko Skievaski - Niko grew up in Phoenix where "the goal is to be successful enough to someday leave." He studied economics at Arizona State while working as a full-time incentive analyst at a large bank. After too many philosophical arguments with upper management, he found his opportunity to leave Arizona and pursued graduate school in Boston.

Upon graduation, he wanted to work for a small company where he could make a bigger impact. That's when he was recruited by Epic. In his nearly three years in the company, he bounced around to six different offices in a tour of operations before leaving to spin out various tech startups.

In 2013 he co-founded 100state to nurture collaboration and community among young professionals in Madison.
