Jerritt Johnston is the owner of True North Adventures, a leadership development and organizational consulting business. He enjoys working with mission-driven organizations who are making a difference in their communities. Jerritt’s personal story is filled with challenge and adventure and it led him to start this business in 2008. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education and has spent his professional career working with and training youth and adults. His resume includes leadership positions in for-profit and non-profit organizations and he brings that unique experience to bear in his work with clients.
Personally, Jerritt is an avid outdoors person and endurance athlete. He has completed multiple marathon and ultra-marathon events in cross-country skiing, trail running and adventure racing, the most challenging being a 135 mile race in northern Minnesota in late January. He loves spending time with his family in the woods and on the lakes around Ely, MN, no matter the season.
