We have so much data available to us that it can be paralyzing. How do we know which metrics matter? Stop reporting on data that doesn’t matter and start using your data to take action. In this session we’ll explore five ways you can use your data to take action, along with real-world examples of how data was used to improve nonprofit communications. You’ll learn how to connect your data with your goals, identify problem areas and new opportunities, and discover audience interests. You’ll have the chance to dive into key areas of your own analytics to start using data more strategically.
