This workshop will allow you to understand how communication diversity can impact your personal and organizational decision making. Attend this workshop if you would like to help your board and volunteers collaborate, outperform organizational expectations and save time.

They will participate in a short survey during the session to understand their thinking preferences and how that impacts team collaboration(board, volunteer and event groups) and drives organizational results.They will walk away with an action plan to apply their new knowledge to their next organizational initiative and drive team performance. This is an interactive workshop with activities to help the participants discover, discuss and decide on a best practice for collaboration and time management.
