We're a new non-profit devoted to building a dynamic and sustainable creative community in Madison. Our model isn't new. In fact, we were largely inspired by the successes of organizations in other cities. That being said, our innovation occurred in the way we implemented our vision. As entrepreneurs, we're trained to use a specific methodology to build organizations that make things people want. In this talk, we'll walk through our four month journey to sustainability that brought us through various service offerings as well as the tools we used along the way.
