Three expert facilitators will discuss how they have gone about successfully facilitating in challenging situations. In large groups, there is often a challenging person or situation that can be disruptive to the group’s purpose for gathering. What are some practical ways of addressing disruption, that are respectful and effective? How do you know if the disruption is pointing to an important topic that should be addressed? The panel will conclude by answering audience questions.
