The Grants Information Collection —a Funding Information Network partner of the Foundation Center— located in Memorial Library at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is a collection of print and electronic materials that is open to the public. Collection users do their own research. The Foundation Center, an independent national service organization headquartered in New York that is the “nation’s leading authority on philanthropy.” The Grants Information Collection does not give out grants.
