A description of one nonprofit's journey with Google For Nonprofits, focusing on the AdWords grant valued at $120,000/year. We will share our lessons learned from applying, staying in compliance (our account was frozen twice), through to success (80% of new business finds us through a Google Ad). Half the session time will be devoted to small group and group activities. Participants will work with one another to write a Google Ad or two for each person or organization at their table. I will share the formatting rules that Google requires. Finally, as a group, we will share what other Google For Nonprofit programs everyone is using, and their tips for those programs.
