Rachel works exclusively with new candidates, identifying the best people for Nordic, and working with the Practice Directors and Nordic’s Client Relations team to match the candidates with available opportunities. Prior to Nordic, Rachel was Rachel was an Account Executive at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, and a research analyst at the National Council on Crime and Delinquency. She has a B.A. in Sociology from The University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
