Lisa Curley

Lisa Curley, First Year Troop Support Specialist at the Girl Scouts of WI – Badgerland Council

Lisa has more than 20 years of leadership development experience with non-profits in the Madison area. With a background in staff development and program, membership and volunteer management, she understands the need to not only recruit qualified individuals, but to match each person or organization with an experience they are passionate about. This connection creates a commitment that is beneficial to both the individual and the organization.

Using a strength based approach, she delights in helping volunteers and employees identify talents and grow confidently through stretch assignments, development programs, and new roles. Most recently, she has worked with hundreds of Girl Scout leaders and motivated many to grow with local leadership roles. Lisa has experienced an increase in volunteer retention and engagement and credits it to those who found the courage to be adventurous and follow their dreams.
