Evaluation is a systematic process of inquiry that seeks to answer questions of what’s working, what can be better, and what difference do our efforts make. While most nonprofit organizations are familiar program evaluations, rarely do organizations leverage the full potential of evaluative practices to add value to their work. In this session, we will identify and lift out the methods and processes of evaluation - evaluative thinking and “eval hacks” - to serve the everyday needs of nonprofits and add value, not burden.
