What kind of environment are you creating for your staff to be whole beings? This session will discuss lessons learned from conversations with over 25 nonprofit leaders and foundation staff on how to build capacity.
When our session is finished, participants will have a series of practical tools and resources in which to be better equipped personally and to bring to their team to build their team’s capacity during these trying times. These include, but are not limited to:
