Workplace culture is a sometimes overlooked, though important, aspect of organizational health. Leadership, personalities, or workload can impact how an organization feels and functions. Improv can be great at building a culture of trust and collaboration during these critical times. With the added stress and isolation that many are experiencing, Improv can create a positive, nurturing, affirming organizational culture even when working remotely? In this workshop, we will use improv games and techniques to explore ways to build connections.
